Welding: consumables and equipment

We are the largest voestalpine Böhler Welding distributor in Spain. We supply welding consumables and equipment for industrial installation and maintenance and for steel structure fabrication, and we advise on choosing the right consumable for each material, position and process.

Covered electrodes, solid and flux-cored wires, TIG rods, filler metals for stainless and special steels, silver, brass and bronze brazing alloys, Avesta pickling products and welding equipment.

Industrial gases

Official representatives since 1993 of what is now Nippon Gases (formerly Praxair).

Part of Nippon Sanso Holdings, it is one of Europe's leading industrial gas companies. Through it we supply gases for welding, cutting and industrial processes, and advise on installation design and the safe use of gases.

Includes

Oxygen, nitrogen, argon, carbon dioxide and hydrogen; welding shielding gas mixtures; rare and specialty gases, in a range of supply formats.

Plasma and oxy-fuel cutting

We install and upgrade thermal cutting systems, tailoring each solution to the customer's material, thickness and production volume.

Includes

Turnkey plasma cutting tables; oxy-fuel cutting machines, from compact units to multi-torch installations; oxy-fuel to plasma conversion and combined systems; retrofits of existing installations; fume extraction and filtration.

Abrasives

The right abrasive depends on the operation, the machine and the finish. We work with Tyrolit, an Austrian maker of abrasive tools since 1919 whose industrial range comes in three performance levels, and with 3M, and we help you choose the disc that gives the best performance and safety on each job.

Cutting discs for angle grinders and stationary machines; grinding discs; flap and fibre discs; TFC quick-change system; carbide burrs; mounted brushes and mounted flap wheels; polishing, cleaning and non-woven discs.

Industrial fasteners

We supply industrial fasteners in every thread type: metric in all pitches, UNC, UNF, 8UN and Whitworth (BSW). The integration of Herbo 21, a fastener specialist in the Campo de Gibraltar, has strengthened this capability.

Grades and materials

Carbon steel in grades 8.8, 10.9 and 12.9; A2 and A4 stainless steel; ASTM A193 grade B7 studs with A194 grade 2H nuts.

Standards and range

All European DIN standards and ASTM studs: screws, bolts, nuts, washers, threaded rod, pins and anchors, stocked in Palmones and Seville. If an item is not in stock, we source it, including brass-plated and bronze parts.

Lifting equipment

Lifting, pulling and handling equipment for workshops, plants, construction sites and marine environments. We distribute Yale (Columbus McKinnon), a European benchmark in manual lifting, together with Jaguar, Gayner, Lifteurop and STAS. We advise on and quote every application with no obligation.

Manual chain hoists and lever hoists, electric chain hoists, winches, trolleys, beam clamps, crane systems and jacks; wire ropes, wire-rope and steel-mesh slings, spreader beams, lifting clamps and lifting magnets.

Machinery and hand tools

We equip workshops and field crews with tools designed for metalwork: corded and cordless power tools, hand tools (including ATEX non-sparking tools for explosive atmospheres), cutting consumables and compressed air, with advice on choosing the right equipment for each job.

PPE and workwear

Personal protective equipment and workwear matched to the risks of each job: welding and oxy-fuel cutting, plant maintenance, petrochemicals, electrical work or outdoor work.

Flame-retardant and antistatic clothing with welding and electric-arc protection; high-visibility and cold-weather clothing; S3 safety footwear, with or without metal components, antistatic and resistant to oils and hydrocarbons; gloves; eye, hearing and respiratory protection; and equipment for work at height.

Technical rubber and plastics

Technical rubber and plastics for maintenance, protection, sealing and materials handling, with advice on choosing the right grade for each application: resistance to abrasion, oils and hydrocarbons, temperature or chemicals.

SBR, NBR, abrasion-resistant, silicone, Viton, PTFE and nylon sheet, with or without adhesive backing; hydrocarbon-resistant PVC and rubber hoses with fittings and clamps; clear flexible PVC in rolls and strip curtains, and acrylic cut to size; rubber flooring; and moulded parts, supplied, fitted and repaired.

Paints and chemicals

Water-based paints to protect and finish metal surfaces and, through our agreement with Herogra, a wide range of industrial chemicals.
